  • Caramelized onion & cheese tartlets 

Hot Canapes:

  • Gourmet Homemade Puff Pastry Meat Pies 
  • Seasonal Risotto Balls w/House made parmesan & truffle mayo (V)
  • Korean Style Glazed Boneless Fried Chicken w/Korean spicy sauce & sesame
  • Lamb Skewers w/Mint sauce

    • Small (6-8ppl) $87.50
    • Large (12-15ppl) $145 

Book two weeks prior to race day by emailing both Cater House and the MTC Wagga. All catering needs to be in a reserved area booked with the MTC Wagga.
